Order Modifications


If you need to modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Due to our fast processing system, we can only accommodate changes within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, modifications may not be possible.

We recommend double-checking all order details before submitting your order. If you need to make any corrections, reach out immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist you before the order ships.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. We appreciate your understanding.

Processing Time


Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping is done Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Same-day shipping is not available.

Shipping Estimates


Delivery times may vary based on location and external factors (e.g., customs, holidays). You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.

United States:

  • Standard (7–10 business days): $6.95 USD (Free for orders over $50)
  • Expedited (5–8 business days): $8.95 USD

United Kingdom:

  • Standard (7–9 business days): £4.95 GBP (Free for orders over $50)
  • Expedited (5–6 business days): £6.95 GBP

Rest of the World:

  • Standard (7–14 business days): $4.95 USD (Free for orders over $50)
  • Priority (5–10 business days): $6.95 USD

Please note that these delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing. We are not responsible for such delays.

Failed Deliveries


Please ensure your name, address, and contact details are accurate before completing your order. Incomplete or incorrect shipping information may result in returned packages. If your order is returned due to a delivery issue, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply, and we will discuss these before dispatching the order again.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been processed and shipped.
