Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Important:

  • Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Returns sent to incorrect shipping addresses (not provided by us) are also not eligible for a refund.
  • We are not responsible for errors during checkout, including incorrect product selections or address entries that lead to failed deliveries.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us to begin the process.

Once we confirm your exchange request, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions. After we receive and verify the returned item, we will prioritize the shipment of your replacement.

  • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are not covered by CALLIXE.
  • A 10% fee may be applied if the returned item is not in its original condition.
  • Orders that have already been exchanged or replaced are no longer eligible for a refund.
  • We recommend double-checking your sizing and order details before finalizing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • A clear photo of the item

If the issue is confirmed upon delivery, you can choose between:

  • A full refund
  • A free reshipment

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.
