We process orders quickly, so if you need to make any changes or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, changes may no longer be possible. However, don’t worry — you can still return your order for a full refund once it arrives.

We accept all major credit cards — VISA, Mastercard, AMEX — as well as PayPal for your convenience.

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, with shipping starting the following business day.
Note: Processing may take longer during holidays or sale events. We do not ship on weekends.

Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after your order has shipped.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund. Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

All prices on our site are listed tax-free in USD. However, depending on your country, customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply upon delivery.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not covered by Callixe. We’re also not responsible for any customs-related delays.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed through your card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item or approve your cancellation.

If you haven’t received the refund yet, please:

  • Contact your bank if you still don’t see it after 10 business days.
  • Check with your bank or credit card provider — it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
